The purpose of this document is to provide the Commissioner and Judge with a proposal for an EE-PRG and IE process. At the moment there are a few options for each component. At the 12/7 meeting we will aim to narrow the options. If that is not possible, we will include a list of which stakeholder supports which option, similar to the Comparison Document approach. We could also consider one more in-person meeting to align the proposals further (TBD at the 12/7 meeting).
